Automated Software Maintenance

As from now on you can find out how your REA CARD Terminal is updated to the latest developments of electronic payment transactions cost-effectively in our REA Plus documentation.

As the software required to operate the device is already installed on every REA Terminal, the remote maintenance system only has to carry out one update. To ensure that the procedure is carried out without a hitch, REA Card has an encrypted database on all the terminals supplied.

The REA Card operating software is extended at regular intervals and automatically adapted to the new standards. Based on the software updates made in a chain store in the years 1999 to 2007 it is demonstrated in REA Plus, that a process is concerned that has to be carried out one or two years. With the remote maintenance system it is possible to handle the update at a time of your own free choice to ensure that you do not impair your customer business.
