Something is afoot on the Web

It will be worth your while to pay us regular visits: there is always something happening at www.rea-card.de!

In the past issue, one of the things we introduced to you was our error code check. Since then, we have developed our database: it is increasingly easy for you to check online at any time of the day or night how to rectify errors on your terminal. And we are staying abreast of things! We have also updated and added sections to our FAQ, so that you will now find answers to almost anything – about your terminal, your contract or TA 7.0. Under “News” you can find out what’s happening in the field of cashless payment and with the REA Card in between newsletter issues. And if you like it short and sweet, why not read the main news in 140 characters at twitter.com/reacard.

We are also setting up an online service portal for you at www.rea-service.de , where we will archive your monthly invoices for example. All you have to do is register, and you will be able to access your receipts quickly and easily anytime and anywhere. You will also have direct access to the error code check. More offers are currently being planned – have a look every so often and let us surprise you!
