Warning: fraudulent letter in circulation

A letter is currently in circulation which was allegedly written on behalf of the company transact. This letter is aimed at retailers who use EC terminals. The retailers are informed that "due to increasing fraud problems (..) with Ukash cash modules" a technician from transact will pay a visit in the next few days to update the systems.

Please do not forward codes under any circumstances.

This is a fraudulent letter which was not sent by the company transact. Transact employees will never ask for your codes under any circumstances.
