You! Sometimes the unexpected happens: your REA Card terminal issues a fault message and you want to localize the fault as soon as possible. Now this is no longer a problem: online analysis of the error message leads to quick and easy self-help. Simply go to www.rea-card.de/service/fehlercode_check.de and clock on the link »enter error code«. You will be forwarded automatically to a page with all REA Card status messages. Enter the error code on the receipt and you will be led to the appropriate status message. Look under »Description« and you will find out how to repair the malfunction in the minimum amount of time.

You can’t find the appropriate status message but have entered the correct error code? Perhaps your error code is not contained in our database. In such cases, contact our hotline. At the same time, a corresponding message is sent to our internal editorial staff who will update the database with an easy-to-understand solution. In this way, we guarantee keeping our database up-to-date so that you will always know what to do when things go wrong.
