REA Mobile exhibiting NFC solutions at Wincor World 2008

From 29th to 31st January 2008 Wincor Nixdorf is exhibiting the most innovative products and future solutions for the sectors retail and banking together with its partners and suppliers in the scope of Wincor World. REA Mobile, in co-operation with REA Card, will be represented jointly with Wincor Nixdorf in both sectors:

In the Retail Range REA Mobile together with REA Card demonstrates the next generation of payment procedures at POS – the mobile payment in combination with the proven REA Terminal. Thereby, the patented solutions can already today demonstrate how payment transactions can be processed even quicker and more efficiently using mobile radio technology – optionally also using NFC (non-contact payment via Near Field Communication). Furthermore, REA Mobile has integrated a convincing technique for Cash-Out processes at the cash desk.

MOBILE PAYMENT

In the Banking Range REA Mobile exhibits a safe technique for withdrawing cash at the ATMs – simply draw cash using your mobile! Attempts at fraudulent use with stolen EC cards and spying out PINs at the ATM are consequently a bygone. And even better: There is no necessity to modify the hardware at the ATMs. Moreover, a view into the future demonstrates how "withdrawing cash per mobile" can become even quicker and more convenient via NFC.
